강남구립국제교육원은 2001년 설립 이래로 다양하고 우수한 어학 프로그램, 뛰어난 강사진과 학습 환경을 갖추고 수강생들의 외국어 능력 향상에 기여해왔습니다
본 원의 영어 교육 과정은 전 세계적으로 공인되어 사용되고 있는 유럽통합언어기준 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)을 바탕으로 초급부터 고급까지 말하기 발화,말하기 상호작용, 듣기, 읽기, 쓰기(Speaking production, speaking interaction, listening, reading, writing)등 언어학습 5대영역에 걸쳐 효과적으로 언어능력을 쌓을 수 있도록 하고있습니다.
특히 TESOL,CELTA,TEEL 등 영어 교육 자격증을 갖춘 전문 원어민 강사진이 상주하여 최고 수준의 수업을 제공하며 원내에서는 100% 영어 사용을 원칙으로 하고 있어 높은 학습 몰입도를 자랑합니다.
또한 영어 외에도 제 2외국어로 각광받는 중국어 과정 및 서울대학교와의 협업을 통한 한국어 교육
과정을 제공하여 폭넓은 언어 교육의 장으로 발돋움하고자 노력하고 있습니다.
뿐만 아니라 교육원의 전 학습 과정은 교육프로그램 관리 전문가를 통해 관리하고 있어 국내 어느
어학 교육 시설보다 체계적인 학습 관리가 제공된다고 자부합니다.

GNIEC used to be called GNUCR and it opened its doors in June of 2001 with a mandate to provide high-quality English language courses to the Gangnam community. Gangnam District office has decided to reform and launch a new designed program starting on 1, January, 2019. Our English program curriculum is created based on CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and follows the requirements of CEFR.)
In the early days, English was the only language offered at GNIEC, but today we also offer Chinese classes. And while the majority of our students reside in Gangnam, GNIEC courses are open to everyone in Korea. In fact, we attract students from all over Seoul, the surrounding areas as well.
GNIEC provides a unique opportunity for students in Korea to experience not only the language ability but also the western culture. Our faculty and staff are dedicated to ensuring exciting and rewarding learning experiences for our students that will help them to accomplish their academic goals.
